The OBF Memorial Foundation is committed to following Owen's example of leaving a positive impact on the world with a dual approach: by raising the awareness of the elevated risk teenage drivers face on the road as well as supporting young men and women who demonstrate exceptional character, integrity, and leadership qualities.
